The companies were instrumental in successfully developing several Residential projects in the Oslo area of Norway. Thai Fareast Property Co. Ltd was incorporated in Thailand on 4th of January 2008.

The company was involved in researching and preparing feasibility studies for various residential and condominium mixed use developments on the West Coast of Phuket at Bangtao adjacent to the Laguna Resort complex and also on Koh Lanta. Subsidiaries of the company were involved in the acquisition of the land and detailed architectural plans, groundwork, structural and environmental work was undertaken. We have succeeded in developing long-term business relationships by meeting our clients’ specific needs in ways which are individual, innovative and commercially sound.

We emphasize the possibility for our customers to get individual solutions for their apartments that fit into the style of the overall project. This together with alternatives that have been completed for those who want a takeover soon. The others with individual adaptations will normally be completed during a period of 3-6 months.

Title deeds for each unit of the Condominium Project have already been issued by the Government Land Office in Phuket. This provides security for the buyer knowing that all has been done in accordance with the Rules, regulations and the Thai Condominium law.
